Our slow pressed organic juice cleanse is specially formulated, and hand created to accelerate the body's detox process through elimination of toxins and aid in the absorption of nutrients and proteins. Thus, positively affecting alkalinity while optimizing metabolism and restoring organs resulting in a well-balanced and more efficient body.

As always, we want to make high nutrition accessible for all. The following information has been specifically laid out to help guide you through the cleansing process and hopefully answer any questions you may have.

The Characterization of a Cleanse

A cleanse or a detox program is a systematic approach in assisting the removal of toxins stored in the body's fat, tissue, and organs. Our slow pressed juice cleanse is the assistance needed to further neutralize acids, detoxify bodily systems, eliminate waste, and revitalize organs to optimum performance.

The Purpose of a Cleanse

Over time, toxins build up which affect our physical and mental health, resulting in weight gain, low energy, bloating, constipation, and impaired immune functions. Symptoms of toxic overload include indigestion, poor concentration, lethargy, headaches, and poor skin quality. Our juice cleanse is a terrific way to reset your eating habits and jumpstart your wellness.

Adverse effects of cleansing can include frequent urination, a change in bowel movements, noticeable increase or decline in energy, shifting moods, a feeling of cold body temperature, and changes in digestion & sleep rhythms as your body adjusts to the cleanse. Our Three-Day Cleanse. What does it entail?

Pre-Juice Cleanse

First, evaluate your eating habits and establish an appropriate pre-cleanse diet length. This will prepare your body to fight against negative detox symptoms that can include lack of energy, headaches, body aches, irritation, anxiety, and diarrhea, among others.

Plan Accordingly. We recommend you do a cleanse when you have some flexibility in your schedule and can make your body a top priority. Be prepared to clear your calendar as needed. Choose the days or a week when extra work and social engagements will not distract you and tempt you during your cleanse. Just think of these days as a gift to yourself to nourish and heal.

Around 2 to 3 days before beginning your cleanse, try to bring your body down to a more alkaline state. Cut out or significantly reduce the following acid forming foods:

*Alcohol

*Dairy

*Refined sugar -Including corn syrup, white, and powdered sugars.

*Animal Products -Including all meat.

*Caffeine -Keep coffee intake to a minimum and eliminate all sodas and sugary drinks.

*Processed foods -Any boxed, canned, and bagged foods containing artificial flavoring, preservatives, and additives are seen as processed foods.

During Juice Cleanse

Although everyone is different and should listen to their body as they cleanse, our juice plan recommends six, 16oz juices per day, with no additional meals to relieve and cleanse the digestive system while flooding the body with super nutrition. We will provide five organic juices and an extra signature blend made with raw almonds to provide additional healthy fats & protein that keep you feeling satiated. Drink the first one when you wake up in the morning and drink every subsequent juice every two hours after. Try to drink the last one (ideally the Almond Milk) two hours before sleeping. Juice cleansing is intended to replace solid meals, but again everyone is different and should consume food, water, and juice as needed.

It is imperative to make sure you stay hydrated with water throughout the duration of the cleanse. Proper hydration is necessary to alleviate the negative side effects of detoxification. As toxins leave the body it is common for our juice cleanse clients to experience mild discomfort. Drinking up to eight cups of water a day can help flush out the toxins faster and will get you back on track to feeling amazing.

Remember, everyone's body reacts differently, and you may or may not feel any of the symptoms during your cleanse. Getting enough sleep can help. However, if you suffer from insomnia or just have trouble getting to sleep, yoga and meditation can be extremely helpful. If you find your body is not responding well to the cleanse, adding food to balance out the organic juices can help. Be mindful of your body & only do what you can manage.

Drink your juices every two hours in the following order:

Day 1

4.) VEG ON! -beet, carrot, celery, and ginger.

Day 2

1.) CELERY JUICE

Day 3

Take It Slow. The more gently you reintroduce foods into your diet, the smoother the transition will be. You may even find that you are craving just a leafy green salad or a plant-based meal with healthy fats. If you are someone who consumes animal protein & alcohol, you need to be careful not to overload your organs and body during this transition. This will undo all the internal balance you have earned. Your body has not processed certain foods in a while so it may cause negative side effects.

For those suffering from food allergens or sensitivities, this is the perfect opportunity for you to keep track and target what may be hurting you. This includes sensitivities to wheat, dairy, nuts, soy, etc. To identify whether any of these are triggers, systematically add them back into your diet one at a time. By doing so, you can accurately pinpoint the allergen. For example, if you reintroduce wheat into your diet and feel symptoms such as cramping, headaches, or diarrhea, you may be sensitive to wheat products and should follow up with a doctor.

Overall, do not rush back into your habitual life and daily foods. Respect your body and the hard cleansing work it has done for you. Incorporate habits from your pre-cleanse and cleanse program to continue supporting your health. Try moderating your intake of the acid forming foods mentioned earlier. Eat more fruits and vegetables daily, drink lots of water regularly, and keep juicing! Staying on track will help you continue feeling the benefits of the cleanse & maximize its effectiveness. How to Place Your Order

Orders need to be placed at least 48 hours before you intend to pick up. All orders need to be placed by submitting the attached form.

Payment is due upon pickup. 3 Day $175.50 plus tax.

We highly encourage you to start your Pre-Juice Cleanse once you place your order, if not before to prep your body accordingly. It is ideal to pick up the night before you start to make sure you are ready to go the morning of. You can pick up all 3 days at once, but we highly recommend picking up Days 1 & 2 to start, then pick up Day 3 on Day 2. We want to ensure you’re consuming the most nutrients out of your Juices as possible. Please let us know your preference when ordering.

It is important to take into consideration that our organic slow pressed juices can quickly deteriorate if not properly kept at a proper temperature. Upon pick up of the organic juice cleanse, the juices should be stored in an insulated cooler, or properly packed on ice. We can provide an insulated cooler bag and ice pack for an additional $7. If you would prefer to bring your own cooler and ice packs, we will gladly assist with the packing of your cleanse.

Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

1. Is it best to cleanse with juice only or can you achieve the same effects by consuming fruits and vegetables?

You can get many of the same nutrients and ingredients in fresh fruits and vegetables, but not in the easy to drink and portable way of a slow pressed juice. All our juices use real fruits & vegetables, with a slow pressed method that preserves the nutrients.

2. Which juices are detoxifying?

Nearly all fruits and vegetables assist the body's natural detoxing process. The most well-known organs and systems that aid in detoxification are the liver, kidneys, intestines, skin, and stomach. The juices included in our juice fasting program deliver the vitamins and nutrients needed to support a healthy detox.

3. Can I eat anything during my cleanse?

Although food is typically not consumed during juice cleanses, an exception can be made with a handful of raw nuts, warm plant-based broth or one serving of vegetables a day.

4. Can I continue to take supplements?

We recommend you continue taking supplements provided they are Nutraceuticals (whole food supplements, directly produced from food, enzymes, herbs, and their derivatives). If your daily supplements contain additives and other fillers, you may want to abstain from taking them.

5. Can I drink coffee?

Coffee lovers can rest easy, drinking a small amount of black coffee is okay!

6. Can I exercise during the cleanse?

We do not recommend rigorous exercise during the cleanse because it can prove to be too much on the body. Try gentle exercise such as stretching, yoga, or walking. Whatever resonates with you to continue being supportive and mentally calming. Now is not the time to try something new or overly challenging. That said, daily exercise is vital to a quality human condition. We support the idea that moderate exercise produces antibodies which release and attach themselves to viruses and bacteria eventually destroying their presence. Also, exercise releases endorphin chemicals which energize immune system cells and boost our mood.

7. I'm not feeling so good, why?

You may have fallen victim to the nasty detox symptoms we mentioned earlier. These side effects include a decrease in energy, potential mood swings, and aches, among other things. Your body is working very hard to release the toxins built up inside. Not to mention, you are drinking a lot of fruits and veggies six times a day (something your body may not be used to). So don't panic if you start to feel a certain way. The severity of the symptoms all depends on the amount of toxins in your body.
